The ELQ was born out of necessity — it grew organically, almost without me noticing. I was doing this long before I named it The ELQ. It started with friends who were often starting and then running their own projects and businesses. We found ourselves facing a range of challenges. I’d get frantic calls, projects to deliver overnight or an emergency stand-in management role. Their systems needed strategic support. While there were certainly various fields that were producing results, they often found themselves piecing solutions together cases of dispersed momentum, one person for design, another for website development, a couple others for branding, and so on. It became clear that this fragmented approach was inefficient, and the demand for a more cohesive solution was evident.

That's how The ELQ came to life. What started as helping one friend led to helping many others, and then their friends, and their friends’ friends.
